Sonoma tall Storage Platform Bed

Many years ago, a four poster canopy bed was very popular. It featured long posts on each of the corners, often with a canopy on top of the posts. One thing about them that was hard to ignore is that they were very high off of the ground. It often required a few steps just to get up to the mattress to go to bed, giving them a very imposing look in the bedroom. Most beds now are a more manageable size, as most bedrooms are too small to be able to accommodate a large, high bed like a four poster bed. There are some beds, however, that have that imposing feel to them.

The Sonoma Tall Storage Bed is a bed that is slightly taller than most regular beds. It isn’t the height of the bed that makes it imposing, however, but the amount of storage that it has underneath it. Unlike most beds that have storage room, this bed has not six drawers, but twelve. Each side has six beds, double stacked on top of one another, making for a total of twelve drawers. With a bed like this, you will not need much other bedroom furniture, as you can fit your entire wardrobe within it!
